I. PMA COMPANY FORMATION PACKAGE

Complete Indonesian PMA Foreign Direct Investment limited liability company including articles of incorporation, business permits and local licensing, TIN/NPWP and other special business permits depending on the type of business.  Full or majority foreign ownership is possible in most of the cases.

Fee includes:

Company Incorporation – Preparation of Articles of Incorporation and Notarized Articles of Incorporation.

Operating license - NIB and Business license from OSS. 

Other Permits – Domicile Certificate, NPWP – Tax Identification Number. Additional fees may be charged for business licenses other than OSS and local licenses and permits for areas outside of Jakarta.

II. REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE FORMATION PACKAGE

II. PT LOCAL COMPANY FORMATION PACKAGE

Complete Indonesian local limited liability company including articles of incorporation, business licenses, and government registrations, local licensing and TIN/NPWP.  Local companies are required to have full Indonesian ownership and Indonesian chairman but foreign directors and commissioners are allowed.

Fee includes:

Company Incorporation – Preparation of Articles of Incorporation and Notarized Articles of Incorporation.
Operating license - SIUP or other.
Other Permits – Domicile Certificate, NPWP – Tax Identification Number. Additional fees for local licenses and permits may be required for areas outside of Jakarta.

III. TRADEMARK AND DESIGN REGISTRATIONS

Registration of brands, trademarks, and designs. Indonesian Law permits sole and joint ownership of brands and trademarks.

IV. BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSES
